On all hires we will require a £200 security deposit which will be refunded upon the satisfactory return of our horsebox. Any necessary fees will be deducted prior to the security deposit as per our full terms and conditions. Basic Terms and Conditions All full day hires include 300 miles, breakdown cover and insurance for one person. Additional mileage and drivers can be accommodated but charges apply. Payment must be made in full to secure your booking if your hire date is within 4 weeks or your booking date. If you are booking dates in advanced, we require a £50 deposit per hire. Advanced payments are not refundable. If you cancel within 7 days of your hire you will still be liable / no refund will be given. Collection of the box the evening before can only be accommodated subject to availability – we will let you know closer to your hire date if this is possible. However, we may be able to guarantee pick up from 3pm the day before for an additional £35 or from 7pm the evening before for £15. You will be allowed 15 minutes either side of your collection time to be with us. If you are later than this, we will not guarantee that your hire may go ahead and you will not be refunded. For all full day hires, we ask that our lorry is returned by 7pm that evening. IF you are going to be late, please let us know. Late return charges apply. Please bare in mind, we require paperwork and proof of ID from you in advanced of your hire. If this is not provided in full by the time of your hire, we will not go ahead with your booking and you will not be offered a refund. We reserve the right to charge a security deposit or cancel your hire if we feel it is needed. Full terms and conditions will be issued by email at the time in which a booking is made.
